RETURNS PROCEDURE
If you are not satisfied with your purchased Good(s) from Divecellar.com or the Good(s) are defective or damaged you must inform Divecellar.com within 7 working days.
Returning Good(s) you are disatisfied with; Inform Divecellar by email or telephone - see contact us page on website, within 7 working days. The Good(s) MUST be unused and remained tagged and in their original packaging. A full refund can only be given for the value of the Good(s) and must be returned to Divecellar within 14 days of despatch date. Postage and packing will NOT be refunded.

The Good(s) must be returned using a uk mainland service with insurance and audit receipted method only.

Allow 14 days for refund processing after receipt of Good(s)

Exchanging Good(s) Faulty or incorrect; Inform Divecellar by email or telephone - see contact us page on website, within 7 working days. The Good(s) MUST be unused and remained tagged and must be returned to Divecellar within 14 days of despatch date. Postage and packing will NOT be refunded.

Please re-order the correct size or type of Good(s) using the website online order processing system. Please note, we cannot despatch the exchanged Good(s) until we have received the original item(s)

Returing Good(s) Under warranty after delivery period that are faulty or damaged; If the purchased Good(s) develops a fault within one year of purchase from Divecaller.com please email customer_services@divecellar.co.uk or telephone 0800 0852706. Ensure you have your Divecellar order number and details of the fault. We will inform you of the procedure.

Should a fault occur beyond the one year warranty period from purchased date please contacts us and we will advise you on the solution.
